Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon proforma invoice confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable prior to vessel loading against presentation of original shipping documents.
We accept orders from a single vehicle for sample or trial purchases. Wholesale car supplier pricing, priority OEM allocation, and dedicated account support apply to orders of five or more units per model.

We provide both options. FOB pricing gives buyers full control over their freight and insurance arrangements. CIF pricing bundles freight and insurance to your destination port, offering a clear all-in landed cost for simpler budget planning.
Due to ongoing fluctuations in international freight rates and currency exchange, all quotations are valid for 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of issuance. We advise confirming orders promptly to secure the quoted price.
No. Every Proforma Invoice we issue itemizes all costs transparently and in full. Import duties, destination VAT, and local customs clearance charges remain the buyer’s responsibility and are estimated for guidance where possible.
Yes. Official Proforma Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and serve as the formal basis for bank wire transfers, letters of credit, import license applications, and customs pre-clearance at the destination port.

Shipping, Logistics & Documentation
We ship via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessels for drivable units and 40-foot High Cube containers for secured or mixed loads. The most suitable method is selected based on your order volume, vehicle type, and destination port capabilities.
We operate through Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Ningbo, and Qingdao, selecting the optimal departure port based on your trade route, destination, and the factory location of your chosen OEM brand.
Transit times vary by destination. Africa and the Middle East typically take 25 to 35 days, Southeast Asia 10 to 20 days, and Latin America 35 to 45 days from the date of vessel departure in China.
Yes. We fully manage all China-side export customs procedures, port documentation, and pre-shipment formalities. Destination import customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer, typically handled by their appointed local customs agent.
Every shipment is accompanied by a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and a Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate as standard. Additional compliance certificates are provided upon request.

Once your vehicles are loaded and the vessel departs, we provide the vessel name, voyage number, and Bill of Lading reference. Live tracking is then accessible through publicly available maritime shipping platforms throughout the journey.
Yes. We fully accommodate buyer-nominated freight forwarders and shipping carriers. Prior coordination with our logistics team is required to ensure a smooth port handover and complete alignment of shipping documentation.
After-Sales, Compliance & Partnerships
We provide OEM warranty coordination, genuine spare parts sourcing, technical service documentation, and authorized service network referrals to ensure your vehicles remain fully operational well after delivery.
All new vehicles are supplied with full OEM factory warranties, typically covering 3 to 5 years or a specified mileage, honored through authorized service centers in applicable destination countries.
